TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The JAKA Gift Cards Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are applicable in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy applicable on the website.
Non-returnable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, JAKA plastic Gift Cards and eGift Cards ("JAKA Gift Cards") are not returnable or refundable for cash. The resale of JAKA Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
Not for promotional use. JAKA Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising, or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, social media, email, telemarketing, newspaper, or any other forms of advertisements).
Bulk Orders. If you are ordering more than 200 gift cards, please email us at support@jakaparts.com and a representative will get in touch with you to assist you.
No affiliation with JAKA. Use of JAKA’s name, logo, trade dress (including any image or likeness of the cards), or trademarks in connection with the purchase or use of JAKA Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of JAKA Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product, or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, JAKA, affiliates, or ambassadors is prohibited.
Compliance with Laws. By purchasing JAKA Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to JAKA that the activities in connection with which the JAKA Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and that the JAKA Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to consumers or JAKA. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify JAKA from and against any claims, expenses, or liabilities made against or incurred in connection with your use of the JAKA Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Lost or Stolen Gift Card. Keep your gift card secure, anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. JDStore Ltd and its subsidiaries shall have no liability to you for (i) lost or stolen JAKA Gift Cards or (ii) use of any JAKA Gift Cards by third parties without your authorization. You are solely responsible for keeping the JAKA Gift Cards safe.
No Consolidation for New JAKA Gift Card. You may not consolidate or combine multiple JAKA Gift Cards to purchase a new JAKA Gift Card.
JAKA Gift Card Balance is an Estimate. The balance you see when viewing JAKA Card balances online is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
Cancellation & Refund. We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains our property.
Validity Period. JAKA Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. No refund or purchase is allowed after this period.
